I took a trip to Manchester/Wigan this week to see some family and managed to sneak in a trip to Primark while I was there. It will forever deeply sadden me that Primark doesn't have an online store but I'm sure that most of our bank accounts are more than grateful that they don't.
As always, I picked up a random assortment of things but I really like everything I found.
The 2 shirts, both £8, are just comfy, oversized shirts in a loose, thin material that I think will look great with a pair of boyfriend jeans and some Birkenstocks (if it ever stops raining in London). Shirts like these are always a staple in my wardrobe because they're easy to style and particularly handy for comfy, casual looks of which I am huge fan.
I always, always, always buy rings when I'm in Primark. I wear (and lose) rings everyday so 16 for £5 makes me a very happy bunny.
The heeled sandals are my favourite purchase. Topshop have a near identical pair in leather that I was going to buy for £58 and then I saw these for £14. They're not exactly the same but they'll definitely give an outfit the same kind of vibe and I love them, a lot.
Adorable pyjamas are a must for every Primark excursion and these fries themed set were £5. I also picked up these black patterned pyjama bottoms that are so comfortable and I also think they could easily be worn out if you wanted to. I know that I'd do anything to wear pyjamas as regular clothes so I might see if I can make them look good when Summer makes an appearance.
The taco and pizza t-shirts are SO CUTE I CAN'T STAND IT. I was actually walking out the shop when I spotted them and queued back up again to buy them - if you've ever been in a Primark que I know that you'll understand that that means I REALLY love these t-shirts. I can't see me wearing them out very often despite my absolute adoration for them but I needed them in my life regardless. They were both £6 each.
And last but not least these round, mirrored sunglasses. The only other pair of sunglasses I have at the moment are a pair of Burberry ones that are so expensive I get scared to wear them in case I lose them or (god forbid) drop them so for £2 these will save me from all kinds of heart attacks. I really like mirrored glasses at the moment and I keep seeing them everywhere. I have my eye (ha) on a pair of Quay Australia one's from ASOS but these will keep my happily satisfied until I get my hands on them.
Are you a Primark fan? Where have you been shopping recently?

They are coming to America! I know that there's one in Boston so hopefully they'll be opening more soon - I'll keep my fingers crossed for you xxx
DeleteIt's been a g e s since I stepped into a Primark - you picked up some cool stuff there! Love the Taco top it's so cute~ I'm pretty proud as I haven't been doing a lot of shopping (though I did end up spending it on skincare so...) and trying to keep a 'minimal' wardrobe but let's see how that keeps up. I bet I'll cave when summer rolls round, ha!

You should be proud, I severely lack the will power to do that! And skincare doesn't count because you need it.. right? ha xxx
DeleteGreat purchases! I love the rings, such a great variety :)
