Ingredients;
Kiwi & Blueberry -
Kiwi
2 kiwis
a handful of spinach
3 tablespoons of aplro plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or regular sugar would work just as well)
Blueberry
a large handful of blueberries
1 banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons of plain alpro yogurt
20ml almond milk
Banana & Strawberry -
Banana
2 bananas
1 mango
3 tablespoons alpro yogurt
Strawberry
10-12 strawberries
4 tablespoons alpro yogurt
20ml almond milk
water to loosen if needed
The method is pretty self explanatory but just put each flavour into a blender (separately) and then add them to a glass of your choosing, one on top of the other, and voila.
These are delicious and wonderful to make the night before for an overnight breakfast or just as a snack throughout the day. They're easily adapted too to suit your taste and an all round good snack for everyone. Happy blending!

Love this post! Those smoothies look so pinteresty and instagramable. These would be perfect for summer nights chilling in the garden or at a BBQ. Sadly I don’t own a blender but they look just the kind of thing you could get in a trendy café. The photographs are beautiful too. Have a great weekend! :-) xx
