Urban Decay Beached Bronzer - Bronzed

I'm not gonna lie the main reason I bought this was for the packaging. I am in love with it (seriously, put a palm tree on anything and I'll buy it). As for the product itself, I think I love it even more.

Bronzers are something that make up a large portion of my make up collection. For some reason I gravitate towards them and always end up picking one up on almost every beauty spree. I have a lot of favourites, Nars Laguna was unchallenged for a long time as was Benefit's Hoola but this is a serious contender.

The texture is silky smooth and it blends seamlessly. This shade has far too many orange tones to use as anything else but to warm up the face (on me) but I'm interested to see how the other shade from this launch, Sunkissed, fairs against my pale complexion. The finish is matte and although described as sheer I thought it was slightly more opaque in application with the ability to build it up to as deep as you wanted. It's super pigmented, finely milled and beautiful. I'd say it lasted around 6-7 hours before it faded entirely.

This is a gorgeous bronzer, in every aspect and I would highly suggest putting it on your Summer wishlist. I picked up a few other things from Urban Decays SS16 launch that I'll be posting soon. Their new complexion perfector is a dream!

Have you got anything from Urban Decay's Summer collection? What's your favourite bronzer?

  1. I have to agree, the packaging is pretty awesome, isn't it. I've been using 16hr endless summer by Too Faced for a good few months now and I really love it. I was think of buying on of their chocolate bronzers for a deep Sunkist look for the Summer but may now check out these from UD. :) xx

  2. I love Nars Casino bronzer, wish the UD bronzers were a little darker to suit my complexion because I cannot get over how gorgeous this packaging is. I love their One and Done Complexion Perfector and their highlighter in Sin. Great post x

    1. The other shade does look a lot lighter. I'm hoping that it will match me a little better too whenever I get round to buying it! xxx
